Upgrading goes exactly like the Installation step for both Niagara and SkySpark, except you don't have to re-add the Periscope Service back to Services or re-enable the Periscope Extension in SkySpark.
Prior to version 4.0.10 users may need to clear their browser cache prior to seeing updates including new features and bug fixes.
