Initial Configuration

1.) Once you have the automateArc module installed into your Workbench, open the automateArc Palette. 

2.) Select the "AutomateArcNetwork" and drag the network into the Nav pane under your Station → Drivers.

3.) Right click on the "AutomateArcNetwork" and select Views → AX Property Sheet.

4.) From the AX Property Sheet, expand the Serial Config and set the following parameters:

• Port Name: COMx (Where x is your COM port that will be used for the AutomateArcNetwork)
• Baud Rate: Baud9600
• Data Bits: Data Bits8
• Stop Bits: Stop Bit1
• Parity: None
• Flow Control: All items unchecked
