Weather Service "Current Conditions" Workaround

As of 3/9/18, a patch has not been released for the Niagara Weather Service "Current Conditions" issue where the forecast will update, but the current conditions do not. 

The root cause is due to the the site "https://www.weather.gov" being re-directed to "http://w1.weather.gov". 

This guide is meant to be a Workaround ONLY, not a fix. The National Weather Service may make changes to their site in the future which could again break features in the driver. 

Step-by-step guide

1. In the affected WeatherService, right click on the "Provider", and select "Views"→ "Slot Sheet".
2. From the Slot Sheet, locate the slot for "conditionsServer" and right click the slot. Then select "Config Flags"
3. From the Config Flags pane, UnCheck "Hidden" and then clock "OK".

4. From your Nav Pane, right click on the "Provider" → "Views" → "Property Sheet.
5. Inside the Property Sheet, you should now see the Conditions Server slot exposed. Change the path to "w1.weather.gov" and then click "Save".

6. You should now be able to right click on the WeatherService and select the action to "Update Weather Reports", which should then allow the current conditions to be retrieved from the National Weather Service servers. 
   1. Please note, if you have multiple cities/providers configured in your station, the above steps will need to be done for each one of those instances.
