It is essential to Niagara system security for all users to have strong passwords, and not all passwords are effective.

Recent versions of Niagara require strong passwords by default, and older versions of Niagara can easily enable strong passwords.

By default, passwords are required to be at least 10 characters in length, with at least 1 digit, 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase character. The "Password Strength" property allows further configuration of strength requirements, including minimum length, digits, lowercase, uppercase, and special characters.
